Microporous rubbers refer to rubber that has been made with a foam agent to form an air matrix structure. Foam rubbers are usually made from either polyurethane or natural latex

Their range of applications is very high, for example the automotive industry, such as sound insulation, sports aids, sports floors (tatami), construction, road and motorway sound insulation, gas and water seals of doors, windows and so on .
